Techtrol opens an automated blending line at its Can Tho plant
The new automated mixing line has doubled the capacity of the Techtrol factory while shortening delivery times for the agency network in the Western region.
On September 10, 2026, Techtrol Lubricants Co., Ltd. officially put into operation an automated blending line at its factory in Hong Loan Urban Area, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City.
The new line utilizes an automatic batch dosing system, allowing additive ratio control with an error margin of less than 0.5%. The entire heating, mixing, and filling process is monitored by a SCADA system, minimizing manual operation errors.
The designed capacity reaches 12,000 tons/year, doubling that of the old line. Along with this, the time to complete a blending batch has been shortened from 6 hours to 2.5 hours.
A representative of Techtrol's leadership stated that this investment helps the company become more proactive with large orders and shortens delivery times for the agency network in the Mekong Delta region to 24 - 48 hours.
In the next phase, Techtrol plans to invest further in an automated finished goods warehouse and expand its laboratory to support new product research.
