Techtrol factory is located in Hong Loan Urban Area, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City. The entire blending line is automated and monitored by the SCADA system, ensuring that each product batch meets the approved formula.

Quality assurance
From raw materials to finished products, every stage is managed in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, with traceability down to the individual raw material batch.
An accredited laboratory
The laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and equipped with a modern analytical system.
Testing laboratory
The laboratory is equipped with instruments for measuring kinematic viscosity, total base number (TBN), flash point, and pour point. A reference sample of every product batch is retained for 12 months prior to shipment.
Departments working together on quality control
The raw material warehouse, equipment team, mixing station, production management, and internal audit team all participate in the quality control process for each shipment.
Any deviations from the standard formula are recorded and addressed before the shipment is packaged.
