Techtrol supplies directly to factories, fleets, and construction sites. Unlike conventional sales, this approach begins with an equipment survey rather than a quotation.
Four-Step Process
- On-site equipment survey: record load, temperature, operating cycle, and the type of oil currently in use.
- Collect samples of the oil currently in use and analyze viscosity, TBN/TAN, water content, and wear metals.
- Recommend a suitable oil range and replacement cycle, along with an estimated annual lubrication cost.
- Monitor periodically, re-sampling every 3–6 months to make adjustments.
Laboratory
Analysis results are delivered within 5 business days, along with recommendations on whether to continue using the current oil, extend the replacement cycle, or change the oil grade. Switching to Techtrol products is not mandatory.

Commercial Terms
- Delivery within 2–3 business days in the South, and 4–5 days in Central and Northern Vietnam.
- 30-day credit terms from the invoice date for customers with annual contracts, after the first two orders.
- Free trial sample for one representative machine, monitored for 30 days.
