Changing the oil for an entire factory is an irreversible decision. Techtrol does not ask customers to switch based on a catalog, but on actual operating data from the customer's own equipment.
Trial Product List
Based on an actual survey and product conversion roadmap, Techtrol develops trial options tailored to each piece of equipment. The results are objectively evaluated, providing customers with sufficient grounds for their decision.
Trial Procedure
- Select one piece of equipment to represent the group of machines to be converted.
- Collect a sample of the old oil as a baseline, and record the operating hours and operating conditions.
- Techtrol provides trial oil in the correct quantity for actual operation, not just a small sample.
- Run for one full oil change cycle, collecting samples at the midpoint and the end.
- Provide a before-and-after comparison report, including data for both types of oil.
