For special requirements regarding technical standards and equipment operating conditions, Techtrol is ready to conduct on-site surveys and manufacture according to custom formulations, precisely meeting customers' usage needs.
Factory and Capacity
The factory operates under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Samples from each production batch are retained for 12 months as a reference for traceability when needed, based on test results and published internal standards.
Manufacturing Offerings
- Custom formulations: Custom formulations are developed based on the technical specifications required by the customer, ensuring they meet the technical characteristics and operating conditions of the equipment.

Custom specifications: according to the customer's specific requirements with the goal of optimizing costs.
- Accompanying documentation: COA for each batch, TDS, SDS, and other product-related documents.
Minimum Order Quantity and Lead Time
After the custom-formulated product has been inspected and accepted, Techtrol will supply the quantity required by the customer within a maximum of 10 days.
Process
- Discuss the technical requirements and operating conditions of the target equipment.
- The technical department proposes a formulation and prepares a sample.
- The customer tests the sample and confirms acceptance.
- Approve the required quantity and packaging specifications.
- Produce the first batch and deliver it with the COA, TDS, and product documentation.
